Download this Application Form and save your completed version as online linkable version. (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.) Turn on public access for the link.
Add “Child Alive Certificate Application” to your cart and fill out the required fields including the link to your completed application form.
Checkout and pay the $25.00 registration fee and submit your application.
Once submitted and approved, applicants will then register for the “Child Alive Certificate Program” under the registration tab.

The Child Alive Institute prepares educators who seek to understand and apply the Montessori method through the Christian worldview that shaped Dr. Maria Montessori’s vision of the child.
Registrants should demonstrate a sincere desire to:
• Learn the methods and materials developed by Dr. Montessori
• Explore the Christian foundations that informed her understanding of the child
• Become a Montessori teacher serving children in the United States or internationally
